A good glitch in the game is the master ball glitch which can be done by going to team steam's secret base, then going to the last floor where the two ladies stand in the middle. Then go to the lower left tree press the action button (z in my case or the button you use to talk to people, and it should say you have received a master ball, then leave and do it again to get as many master balls as you want! It is a cool cheat because with it you can catch all of the legendary ones!

kage27 : My favorite hack is Pokemon yet another fire red hack. It's so awesome, and there's move-type split making stuff like thunder punch not special anymore.
Some other good ones are dark rising, light platinum and old white, although that last one can freeze from time to time but there's 3 regions so that makes up for that. Just save state often to avoid problems
