i think that is low level for the 7th gym because the pokemon there are level 45 and thats only the gym trainer.

I have a Level 100 Blaziken and Typhlosion, a Level 90 Dragonite, a level 77 Groudon, a level 79 Meganium, and a level 83 Kyogre ( I spent 320 hours on HG to do it without cheating or rare candy glitches. I am planning on getting rid of Typhlosion, Groudon, and Kyogre and putting new Pokemon on my team. I am also working on my pokedex ( got 201 in jhoto and 364 in the national dex.
