I may give it one more go near the end of the competition. I should be able to do a little better seeing that I died so much at the start of map 3 making me more cautious about whether to risk grabbing more points or not. I actually almost reset that game several times out of sheer frustration and it somehow ended up being the first time I beat it.

rcarter2 : Thanks for the tip. Yeah I guess you could view my run as more of a speed run/high score run because I aimed to beat the game as fast as I could while getting a huge score (and that's the way I labeled my youtube video).

Good point Davideo7. The routes taken could be a bigger deal then I thought. I noticed that the different paths seem to have the same number of arenas but perhaps the enemies are more numerous in some. Especially more shrapnel guys could be useful as they are worth twice as many points but you get none if they explode. Also, there's a good chance that the cash and prizes are random enough to cause some lucky games like far into Ms Pac-Man you can luckily get a tone of bananas at times.

Finally managed to get my video onto Youtube. Didn't want to submit the score till the video was up. It is the last day, I currently have the 1st place spot. Right now, if anyone will beat the score, it will be Jerry. I just hope that I have enough of a cushion in my score to keep him off my heels.
