Hey guys. How is everybody doing? This question has been in my head for quite some time now and I think it's about time I ask it.But before I do I just want to say this if there is a thread that is like this or similar to this one then I'm sorry. I couldn't figure out how to search through the forums to figure out if this has been done yet or not. And with that out of the way it's time for the question. The question that has been on my mind for quite some time is what is your favorite mountain dew flavor? Every single person has different preferences when it comes to their drink of choice and I'm here to find out which one is your favorite flavor. If you don't like mountain dew or prefer a different carbonated beverage please post it on here.

generalspleen : I don’t drink Mountain Dew regularly but I vote for the original. Their commercials in the 80’s still come to mind. Thankfully we have YouTube now.

Definitely Grape Mountain Dew, seriously was a great a pop and I sort of miss it, if I started drinking pop again it'd definitely be the pop of choice (If it was still around)

generalspleen : it's a combination of both citrus and grape. It really taste amazing, if they bring it back you should try it.

I have tried every single flavor they have released in America that I could get my hands on and grape is the only one I have not tried. It's like it's eluding my grasp whenever it was out. I'm made me sad :'( But if it comes out again you can rest assured that I will get one and drink it. That is one of my things to do before I die lol.

I am a massive fan of Mountain Dew. I drink very unholy amounts of it every day and I really do enjoy it.

Now, since I'm Canadian, only Citrus Charge is here, but I have had a can of Code Red before in my life from a friend who was in Florida, and I love it the most.

It's an amazing flavor, and I'm glad that I've been blessed enough to get the glorious Code Red Mountain Dew.

alexanyways : I'm glad there is another Mountain Dew fanatic out there!!!! And if I may say that I used to love code red... Used too. When I tried Mountain Dew voltage I was speechless as to how amazing it was. If you ever get your hands on a Mountain Dew voltage never and I mean NEVER let it go. You will be glad you did

I enjoy almost all Mt. Dew (I haven't tried them all), but one I vaguely remember is the Alliance Blue, which tasted so good, but I forget how the flavor tasted though. The Horde Red just didn't taste right (thought it would taste like Code Red).

Alliance blue huh? I remember drinking it but I don't quite remember what it tastes like unfortunately Could you possible refresh my memory as to what the flavor is? And is it anything like what mountain dew voltage tastes like? Voltage is raspberry infused citrus flavor.

My favorite is the original voltage taste bad and the others I never tried before you gotta love the originals am I right or am I wrong but seriously my favorite is the original kind of mountain dew

Diet Mt. dew. Mostly for health reasons (low calorie, and carbs which I watch for blood sugar reasons). Also I love the taste almost as much as Mt. Dew. As far as flavor alone goes though, either Mt. Dew or Livewire.

The original. I haven't tried all of them, but the ones that I have tasted aren't as good as the original. I just think it tastes the best. I also enjoy Voltage a bit, and the Code Red is alright too.

While I've enjoyed many flavors of mountain dew, I've got to say that only one ever came close to tasting better than regular dew.  I don't even remember what it was called, but it was the one with the Batman all over the boxes. 

Still though, regular has always been my favorite.

I LOATHE the diet dew... EW.  It doesn't even TASTE like mountain dew... it's disgusting!

@Singelli: THANK YOU!!!!! Someone who finally agrees with me about diet mountain dew. And I don't ever remember there being a mountain dew with batman on it.

@Eirinn: I guess Diet dew has its perks. But flavor isn't one of them. And Live wire falls very close to diet dew in my scale. And that's not good lol

Wait, what? Mountain Dew has multiple FLAVORS? Damn you, Finland! Why do I have to live here, we only have normal Mountain Dew and Mountain Dew Free. 

Honestly I haven't heard of a lot of these flavors, but none the less I really like Mountain Dew




But hands down my favorite flavors have to be Original, Baja Blast, Code Red, and more recently Voltage (which I've been drinking a lot of and should cut down :/)




I would also say that AMP Energy Drinks, which were originally distributed under the Mountain Dew brand, are my favorite energy drinks
(P.S. I like mixing the original Mountain Dew with Dr Pepper and it's really good just dropping a hint lol)

Oh boy, get ready for this one.

Mountain Dew is ultimately one of the best things ever made. It's everything you'd ever want in life. I love it so much that I am in my second week of replacing water with it.

That's not a joke.

Four new flavors are in Canada right now, they shown up on March 18th. They're Code Red, Voltage, White Out, and Super Nova.

They're all absolutely amazing flavors of Mountain Dew, and it's really surprising to know that Canada has gone nearly 14 years without a flavor other than Citrus Charge.

I'll just go through which one I like the most, which is Code Red.

Code Red has that feeling that it's just great. You just look at it and feel amazed, it's an experience. It's Mountain Dew Citrus Charge mixed with Cherry. It's awesome. It only just got here in Canada a few weeks ago, but I've been drinking the Amp Energy variant for over 2 years now, and my fanaticism for Mountain Dew in general is partially even what brought these flavors to Canada. It's my favorite anything.

Voltage is one of the only flavors of Mountain Dew that doesn't have an Amp energy version, therefore it's the first time I have ever tasted anything like it, and it is completely mesmerizing. I feel the volts flow through me the first time I've ever had it. It's my second favorite flavor of Mountain Dew.

Citrus Charge is the original flavor of Mountain Dew. It's like 7up on steroids. It's the best thing I've had in a while, and it's what started my whole craze for Mountain Dew in the first place. The taste for it is mesmerizing.

Supernova is a great drink, but not many people enjoy it. It's mixed berry mixed with Mountain Dew, and it's pretty amazing. I've been consuming it's Amp Energy version for over a year now as well as Code Red and Citrus Charge. It's okay, but not the best flavor of Mountain Dew ever made.

I've had Typhoon before from a friend who visited the US, and it was really good. It scores higher than White Out.

White Out is like a combination of White Freezie and 7up. It's not really the best of flavors, but it's Mountain Dew, so it's great. It's my least favorite Mountain Dew.

So that's my favorite flavor of Mountain Dew, and how they rank for me.
