Alright, anyone have anything to say about the horrible balance of this game?

Yes I Like this Game.
Particularly when it came in a "Capcom 25th anniversary Disk for the X-Box gen-1."
Last night I decided to pop it into my 360 and see what happened.
Guess what?
It worked.
It Played like a great game should.
Great Music. Great Graphics. Good Controls. Solid Game-play. Over the top special effects. (I Love the Zoom in Feature for special Attacks. Not as simple as the Profile shot insert into the combat screen that most fighting games have now, but still effective and glorious to see.)
To top it off I scored a Super Street Fighter 2 Game as well. On the Same Disk Even.
Two for the price of one is always a plus for me.
Bonus....
You get a copy of Street Fighter the Animated Movie Too.
The only Gripe I have with Street Fighter 3 is the Final Boss.
I Still Can not Beat him.
It has been well over 10 years since I first played against him in the arcade and I still cant take him down. (He Keeps Regenerating his Health Bar. Way too cheap a move.)
Other than that It's a great game.
The Music does not always fit the action or mood but that was a theme with games of the 1990's and early 2000's. (Experimentation.)
Over All??? I have to give this game at least a 9.1.
If I were to rate it some time.

This is the best Street Fighter ever.  The game-play is solid and the graphics and music is awesome.  Parrying helps making chip damage a thing in the past. The final boss, Gill, is one the toughest final bosses to defeat.  I have been able to defeat Gill on several occasions but it took me over 1000 times to take him down.  If I would have to rate this game, it would be a 9.5.
