Well for dinner, tonight I had a spicy chicken with other various meats rising crust pizza. It was a pre-made frozen Digiorno's  pizza that we purchased from Wal-mart and it was amazing, it had a above average flavor and was made pretty well I had no complaints.

I had a grilled chicken thigh with asparagus, broccoli, and a potato with cheese and Mexican cream cheese. It was an over all good dinner that kept me in my portion size for the fact that I am trying to loose weight but gain muscle mass.

Today for dinner I had chicken with peas and also potatoes, and also a salad with ranch dressing with a glass of sprite, it was really delicious and I had it over at a friend's house. I liked it a lot. I really like mashed potatoes and salads as well but this stuff was just delicious. I go out a lot to places just as much as I eat food at home. I think I am having subway tomorrow.
