The one I hate the most is Blissey, because in the Pokémon Emerald Battle Frontier, every time you face one, it either takes about an hour to beat her, or you can't ever hit her, and you die. But for the other Pokémon games, Zubat is the worst. He would appear every two steps in the caves, and supersonic will always hit! -(
