I think the white text might get difficult to read in parts of your layout, but I'm not really sure how that could be fixed, either.  However, it's nice for what you had to work with.  Good job!

So black text, and stretching layout, with the Mr. Saturns at the bottom. If the text box (which I don't want a visible one by the way) is too thin, you can edit the picture to make it wider.
