I don't think this "world's end" thing means death or cataclysm, if it does happen. I'm more of a paranormal believer type, and think that if it is "the End of the World", it will be more of a beginning than an end. The birth of something new. Sorry, but I cannot give any details (duh), it's not happened yet...

But just for the sake of it:

The next apocalypse is October 13, 4772. That's the next time this exact same thing will happen. It's simply the new cycle of the Mayan calendar. Sort of like how ours ends in December and starts in January. Our world doesn't end on December 31st. It's just a new year. There's is a new "b'ak'tun."

The entire idea of predicting the end of the world is just stupid to me. as God has said, no one, not Jesus nor the angels, will know the end of the world. only he will. However, it's entirely possible that the mayans just decided to be the biggest trolls in the world, and it's possible that it predicted a worldwide tragedy - thousands and possibly millions of deaths worldwide, because of fear of the end of the world. It started a week ago, and probably won't stop for about a week or so.and if the end of the world is happening today, I'll just sit back, stare at the red sky and say "Huh, well whadda ya know."
