Since the default RGR Plugin emulator (visualboyadvance) doesn't record videos with in sync video and audio, I've removed the options that say that you can record. You can still use F8 to do recordings but it's highly encourages that you use mednafen instead since it doesn't have any audio/video lag (link is at the top left of play window).
