All the Game Boy Advanced games I have tried to play today have been in extreme hyper speed mode. I was just wondering why or if there is something I have to do to prevent that. It's really making me angry and preventing me from gaming some of the games I want to play!

Well, the space bar speeds up the game, and I know in some games, it's the same button used for speed (as in pokemon with the running shoes).  Were you using the space bar and holding it down?  I think you would have said that, but I just wanted to ask, just in case.

Singelli : No its not that. Good thought though. I have tried SEVERAL GBA games today and they are all doing it. One thing I did forget to mention though what that when I open the game an error box pops up saying "Cannot create DirectSound 0000001" then when you click ok the game comes up but its in hyper speed.
