Hello everybody!

I am new to the site and I have been having issues with getting my PC Controller to work.  I have the RGR plugin and the game I have been playing, Super Smash Bros., works perfectly fine when I am using the keyboard.  I am trying to use a PC Controller now, and no matter what I press no command is being put in by the controller.  If you could help me out I would very much appreciate it!

Which emulator are you using? 1964 should work, but Mupen64 doesn't. It's a compatibility issue.

I am really not sure which one I am using.  I downloaded the RGR Plugin and that's all I've really done.  If you could direct me on how to get the 1964 emulator I would appreciate it!

Where you press play now, underneath that will say Mupen64 on the left, and 1964 on the right. So click on the "play now" that is over the 1964 one. Then double click, and in the top corner of the window will say keyboard, so you need to change it to the controller. Hope this helps!

Just as a note for you - if it turns out to not be you using mupen, I had an issue with the emulators not letting me change my controls. I had to disable a couple of add-ons for it to work. (Or, well, allow Vizzed to be an exception in the Add-Ons)

I know that it is because I am using Mupen.  The problem now is that when I installed the RGR plugin with 1964, whenever I click the play game on the right side, it says either the plug in crashed or cannot be found.  I have no idea what to do about that.  If anybody could give me some advice that would be great!

Are you sure that the Plugin installed correctly? Have you tried re-installing it?

And you are positive that you INSTALLED it? When you download it, you'll have to go open it to install it, I do believe... (Open it from wherever you downloaded it to)

There's only one RGR plugin for the entire RGR. Each emulator doesn't have a separate one. If it worked for Mupen, there's no reason for it not to work for 1964.
