Singelli : Go into the channel store it's in the paid section. It's a one time fee so it's a real steal. I just wish they'd get an official youtube app. I use a private channel for youtube on roku. It's pretty cool but it's not an official app and sometimes the autoplay feature doesn't work on this app. I'm not complaining though it's better than nothing. Your welcome glad I got someone who also has Roku so at least I'm not alone.

Black and white movies are great in my opinion, I especially enjoy older Akira Kurosawa movies~ I like watching black and white movies because you get a glimpse of how things were back then, the actors were really cool, and black and white just has a charm to it. My mom loves 30's and 40's movies, and I watched movies with her quite often while growing up, so that's how I got interested in them.

I agree that Citizen Kane was a little over rated. But you know I thought was a little over rated (and I was very suprized that I feel this way) was Dr. Strangelove. I thought Peter Sellers was going make the movie so great! But it was alright.

One's that I love are : Seven Samurai, Casablanca, and Psycho. Off the top of my head, there are some I love that I think I'm forgetting.

They're okay.  I enjoy seeing culture back-when and seeing what people did, acted like, said, and thought was funny or offensive.  Breakfast at Tiffany's, for example, is a wonderful movie full of all sorts of humor that no one is exposed to nowadays.  Older movies tell stories because they can't rely on explosions and special effects to entertain.  

I had my wife watch a few black and white movies and she was more entertained then she thought she'd be.  Safe to say, Citizen Kane is not the classic everyone makes it out to be.  Avoid that one.  It is not as great as you think to hear other people talk about it.

I don't need flash and dash and shaky cam.  Give me a good story.

My favourite 'black and white' films would have to be 'To Each His Own', 'The Heiress' and 'Hush...Hush, Sweet Charlotte.' All of which star one of my favourite actresses: Olivia De Havilland.  I don't see them very often, but whenever they're on TV, I make sure to watch them.
