Well I used to use Google Chrome, but you need to use Windows 9, it's gonna help you play Earthbound and many more games. It is also really nice, if you don't have it go to this link, I hope this helped! (I think you need to re-install the Vizzed-Retro-Plugin however.) http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/downloads/ie-9/worldwide-languages
