I am a super saiyan 4 and it does very minimal damage to me, I am hit and in very very minor pain, since to a super saiyan 4, they can take and give massive amounts of damage with doing little to nothing at all. So to me this is like a paper cut at most XD. I take the hit without doing anything and I laugh at your attack and then walk away like nothing happened. 

I send out my level 100 garchomp, mega evolved and it uses the move outrage on the next user below me, have fun with that, oh and did I forget to mention that it is super effective? XD
