To me it always depends on how far you are in a game. In the beginning pineco and metapod/kakuna have always been the worst.  Pineco always seems to self destruct on me and metapod...when you don't have type advantage and its defense no longer rises.... While magikarp is annoying it at least evolves into something powerful and pretty cool. Further along it is zubat/golbat.

Yeah, I have a list when it comes down to this one. Rattata, Pidgey, Geodude, Caterpie, and Tentacool. But the deepest looking pokemon? Slowbro. That dude is derp to the derpyderp squared.

Also just look at the smile it has when it shocks pokemon....I think it was intended to make it really derpy.

In my opinion, the derpiest pokemon are Jynx and Jigglypuff. Jynx because she looks weird, and Jigglypuff because if you don't either get out of there, beat him right away, or have an awakening, he is going to be such a pain.

Magikarps.
They derp out on you so much.
They only have Splash, and learn only Tackle and Flail later on, and that's in more recent Generations. But when they evolve, ohhh, all those times you trolled them...

Smeargle is pathetic, it can do nothing but sketch the opponent Pokémon which is totally useless, it has no real purpose and it is a horrible Pokémon. I think even magikarp is better because it can actually evolve into something useful and powerful, a gyarados, smeargle doesn't evolve and it is stuck with hat useless move that deals no damage and I think it is the worst Pokémon ever. Its stats and moves are horrible and this Pokémon has no purpose in my opinion. Sorry if this seems harsh but it is true.
