I do not see why you can't. You will want to post them in the Stories / Simulation / Art forum. I think that forum gives a higher amount of Viz than others since it is not used quite as much. Be sure to check the rules, and send the local moderators a private message if you have any questions or concerns.

For example, if they wanted a story about Yoshi, I would build a story about Yoshi going on an adventure and encountering misfortune etc. along the way and people could rate my story and critique it and the requester could reward me with Viz based on how well it was rated (10/10 being 1000 Viz for example)
