Anyways, I'm most likely getting neither. I don't have a 3DS yet, and I probably won't be getting a Wii U till like, 6 months after its release (Unless I get it as a gift near the debut).
But either way, it'll probably end up being the Wii U version.

New Super Mario Bros. 2 all the way! The new power-ups and enemies look incredibly awesome! In my opinion, one of the best aspects of the game is that you can download it straight to your 3DS rather than going to a store. (Plus, Club Nintendo offers more reward coins if you download the game. )

I don't have a 3ds, and it will be quite a while until I get a WiiU, but I would go with New Super Mario Bros. U. The multiplayer will be better, and the power-ups look cool. But the blocks that you can put down would make it boring. For the one on 3ds, it seems like it would be to easy to get extra lives, which is already easy enough in these games. Both games look fun though.
