I think Host by Stephanie Meyers would be a good one, as it would be very hard to butcher a book that long and simple. And.they would not be able to leave much out without the movie not making much sense.

   A really good series that I'm reading is The Tapestry. I am almost finished the first book. It's about a boy (Max) who finds a weird tapestry and then people  come and test him to see if he can go to Rowan Academy. It's not a school like test though they test to see his metal resistance and stuff like that. At Rowan Academy they train the potentials so they can harness their power within them. It's a really good series. It is a fun and cool action packed adventure (As the authors say) to read. It would be awesome if they made it into a movie.
   


  If you like books with  weapons, fighting, magic and such, I would suggest it as a good book to read. If you do begin to read it please tell me what you think about it.

One book that I'd love to see as a movie, but at the same time am hesitant about because it's quite visceral and I imagine they would tone it down a lot (which is impressive for a book written in the '70s, with today's lax standards) is Dr. Adder by K. W. Jeter. I actually haven't finished reading it yet, but what I've seen so far is very interesting.

I would also kill for a live-action adaptation of The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller. They just recently did an animated version, but it's just not the same, you know?

Not sure if anyone else has posted this but I would love to see the Wheel of Time series turned into movies. I'm not sure how many movies it would take (the series if 14 books) but I think it would be awesome! We have the technology now to do all the special effects that would be needed and I think the story is good enough to draw people in after the first movie.

No idea if it will ever happen as movies but even as a TV series would be neat too

Man, I was gonna say the Ender's Game series, so I did a quick Google search to make sure there wasn't some old one I didn't know about, and was pleasantly surprised to find out one was slated for November. So, I guess probably the rest of the His Dark Materials trilogy, or preferably from the beginning again, since I seem to remember The Golden Compass being pretty bad, though I can't really remember it (Probably because it was bad).

I know theirs already a movie, but I would loveee to see a part two, to my fav vampire movie. Bram stokers Dracula. That movie is absolutely an amazing depiction of what vampires would be compared to some of the new ideas in movies, I won't say any names lol Or unlike Anne rices vampires, where everyone deeply loves everyone, no matter what sex or age. Just not right. Sooo yea, that would be absolutely amazing! Thanks for reading!
