I think Majora's Mask is best. It has more variety and exploring in my opinion. But I haven't played Skyward Sword yet, so I can't vouch for that.

I did not play the other games so I choose Ocarina of Time, because of the great storyline and the awesome idea of time traveling from Link as a kid to Link as an adult. I'll try out Majora's Mask someday but I'll stay with Ocarina of Time.
