Can't remember the thread, but there was a discussion about it. Going down to 1 hour is a lot better the a full day. We can go with a 24 hour ban if multiple violations occur.

O.K. When i was getting kicked a while back ( in the 24 hour kick time) , I could come back in 5 minutes later...  So, I am confused. I am not sure the kick ban thing ever actually worked, or was there a period where it was not implemented?
