Sometimes I have a slight pain in my leg. And then, when I do not notice it any more, it will suddenly reappear in my arm, or chest, whether it be a few minutes, hours, or sometime even days later.

Has this ever happened to you before?

jlh: lol. no, it is nothing like that. this is just a "in general, has this ever happened to you" kind of thing. And yes, this happens to me all the time. I might have a slight ache in my arm, but the next morning my leg my have a cramp. just a slight discomfort.

That sometimes happens to me, but only after working out or doing some real tiring task like mowing a lawn, but never when im just sitting around playing video games or watching TV.

Like yesterday, it was my left arm that was hurting early in the day (and I had been throwing rocks down at the beach with my right arm, after donating the blood the day before), and then half way during the BBQ, my left ACL starting really bugging me. And it still is.

thing1 : Is strange that after donating blood  the day before, and throwing rocks the following day can make your arm hurt, do you have idea why this happens? I think (I don't think this can be the reason) your heart haven't pumped enough blood to your arm maybe?

Most definitely! I have fibromyaliga, so some days I have pain in different areas of my body, sometimes it will even increase in pain in certain areas. Unfortunately there isn't many treatments for fibromyalgia. So if the very few medications out there don't work, you basically have to suffer.
