I like to grab fruit like a banana or something from the kitchen if I get hungry and want to snack on something. Sometimes I might have chips or an apple or something simple when I get a little hungry. I am not a dinosaur when it comes to food though, I like to eat healthy. So I would say about 50-50 on this, I like eating a little bit of both, it depends on what I am in the mood for that day though.

Junk food is more convenient for me, even though I try to eat healthy stuff if I can. Healthy foods are expensive, especially since there's no farmer's market here yet, and they spoil much too quickly.

To be honest, junk food. I used to snack on grapes and baby carrots a lot, but I got out of that habbit. Now, instead of eating meals, I snack and nibble all day, and it is usually on junk food.

I tend to snack on foods a lot, so why not get more healthy foods in while you can? There are way more benefits of eating healthy than just gobbling on junk food every day.

I think I mainly brought up this subject because I'm aging (lol) I'll be 30 in one year and I've struggled to stay fit... but eating habits was never a problem because I've always liked to snack on vegetables and healthy stuff... I guess you can call this thread a 'consensus' of sorts to see how many eat healthy or not, or something like that.

I used to eat junk food all the time, as a little kid. I never knew about the health risks and as a result I got really overweight, unhealthy, and unable to exercise or due any physical fitness at all, as I got as old as I am now I occasionally have a sweet thing now and again, but I mostly eat healthier foods, such as vegetables: carrots, spinach, lettuce, potatoes. And fruits: apples, oranges, bananas, kiwi, etc. And I'm actually a lot more active and fit now. It makes me feel good about myself. So in short. Healthy food all the way, with the occasional junk food item from time to time. We all have to indulge sometime

Gradually the un-health snacks  ruined my appetite for the most part and well the sugary snacks tasted good and I enjoyed them, I could see the nasty effects they were having on my body like increased fat and pimples. So upon this happening I cut back on sugar filled junk food  and starting eating more healthier food like granola bars(the chocolate chip kind) , and various fruits like grapes and chocolate strawberries, so now for the most part and most of the time I snack on healthy food.
