I snack on both healthy and junk food. Most of the time, it's junk food. Not that I adore junk food, but food that isn't so ideal for your health is always right there in front of me, like bacon, Bugles, etc. 

I am especially hungry coming home from school, so I'll eat anything really. If there's a banana on the table, it'll be in my stomach. If there's some bacon in the microwave, leftover from breakfast, it's in my stomach. 

I try to aim for healthy food, so I'll have a glass of milk and some fruit.

well i snack on healthy food i eat a lot of vegetables and fruit.i used to eat a lot of junk food but not anymore.but that was when i was a kid then i got a little fat then thats when i started to work out then joined boxing and pretty much im in fit now and im proud so i change myself.and same here i dont eat candy anymore i rarely eat junk food now it has been a long time since i had, but great thread by the way

Well, it's hard for me to say which I've eaten more often. I usually like to mix them up, one moment I might snack on junk food and then later I might snack on something healthy. For example, a little while ago I had one of those fruit pies and now I'm having an apple. But usually I try to head towards  healthy foods, as that what my mom wants me to eat.

Im always eating some sort of candy. Im mostly eating cherry sour blasters. They just taste better and are addicting. I do like fruits though. Apples, Bananas, Strawberries and Grapes are about the only healthy snacks I eat.
