Ok since I always say Harvest Moon (Harvest Moon 64 is my answer of course lol), I'll tell you my second favorite is probably Paprr Mario. One of the best RPG's ever in my opinion.

While I didn't play it until well after the GameCube was out, I say Majora's Mask.

Star Wars: Rogue Squadron was pretty nice too, along with Super Smash Bros. We have them, and others, again, but can't play them for lack of controllers.

THIS IS SO IRONIC but I just sold my n64 today with super Mario 64 and banjo kazooie for $14. My favorite n 64 games were ...
           super smash bros- that game was addicting because of trying to unlock all the characters especially Ness and his bk power!
           legend of Zelda ocarina of time- the game was fun. I loved the music and epona. Last, it was a free roaming game which I like.
           Mario kart 64- so many memories for this game.beat all the cups and did all the glitches. The battles were interesting.
