In the zombie apocalypse, zombies are an obvious threat to your survival. But they're far from the only threat. Other survivors can be just as deadly and for a large number of reasons.

First off, there's the obvious issue of hostile survivors. People who shoot on site to protect themselves. It's hard to condemn them because they're just looking out for themselves. But their existence could force you into using the same behavior just to save your own skin. It's also a tactic to prevent people from earning your trust and then stabbing you in the back or running off with your supplies.

Second, teaming up with someone means sharing supplies. Sure you have someone to help you scavenge for some loot. But that can of beans ain't gonna fill you up if you've got more people. And if you're somewhere where there just isn't any food then you'll run out a lot faster.

Third, more survivors could mean more disease. Let's face it, without any kind of plumbing or way to wash your hands (stock up on hand sanitizer!) a bunch of people in one group going to the bathroom wherever they can could spread disease to everyone in the group. And that would mean a slow and miserable death.

There are certainly other issues but that's what I came up with just off the top of my head. Because of that I think I would ignore people as much as possible. If I really needed help I'd try to stalk someone if I could and try to see what kind of a person they are. If I felt I could trust them, I'd try to talk to them. But otherwise I'd stay away out of fear of being murdered.

I understand it would definitely depend on the situation. But if you don't want to vote because of that, feel free to post and explain what you would do. I'm not gonna bother enabling multi-voting.

I would check if they have been bitten and if their not team up but if they are... you know what everyone would do.

I would team up with them. Not only would they be able to help me get food, but we could all watch each's back, and make sure we are not eaten alive /  zombified.

I'd go with talk to them but stay alone
it would be dangerous teaming up with someone you barely know
and by talking to them, you kinda know what type of person they are, and maybe if you see them again later on, MAYBE (keyword) team up. that would be unlikely. 
TO ME, in a zombie apocalypse, EVERYONE IS A THREAT. unless i actually knew them before the incident.

I would definitely kill them on sight. That could be infected or they could hold me back. Plus they can turn into a zombie.

I'd Stalk them. I'd watch them and see what kind of living quarters they have, what protection and what supplies they have. If they have a decent amount, I'll sneak in their living quarters and kill them. When they're dead we can take their base, equipment, and food. Easy peasy. Now we have a stronger defense against zombies!

I say see ya later suckers and leave them Iam not taking any chances

I am going to add on to my earlier post: I would also share my ammunition with them. With me being in the Army, that gives me access to weapons and ammunition if this would ever happen. Army personnel would be extremely prepared... and honestly, we would need all the help ( I would think) that we could possibly get.

I would probably keep to myself and try to barricade my home from not just zombies but other people. I'd also try and rig something up so that if I died, all food would be spoiled, destroyed or something. Maybe just hide food all around the house, or maybe lock it up in something so people would have to work for it if they didn't know the combination. I might let friends or GOOD neighbors or family in, but if I do not know you, I ain't taking a chance.

I would love to be able to just barter with people or work together with people, but I have way too many trust issues and know where I live, people would be in too much panic to work together correctly.

I would go with Stalking them. Stalking them could be helpful in quite a few ways, yet also a bit dangerous, Nya~.

First off, it's a good way to test their senses. If they can tell that they're being stalked, then you can tell that they'll be helpful, but for greedy ways rather than teaming up.

It can also be a way to test their sanity. How? Simple: See how long it takes for them to break, but only after they really know that someone or something is out there, possibly out to get them. If they're calm, cool, and collected, then it'd be good to try and team up, but you'd have to do it in a way where you wouldn't be killed instantly. If they break and start going insane, then you kill them and take what they have.

Lastly, it's a good way to find more survivors. If it's a group of people, you can probably find more of them. If it's a lone survivor, then you will probably either kill them or do the Insanity test. If it's a giant group of survivors, you either have a choice of joining up with them, or abandoning them and go back to being alone. The question is, which do you choose?

And with that, an even better question is, who really would be the one being stalked, Nya~?

Try to team up. It could be risky, but let's face it, in a zombie apocolypse you stand absolutely no chance of surviving on your own. You have to sleep sometime, and you'd wear out too fast.

I would not trust them and probably kill on sight because they could be infected and not know it.

I would try to team up with them, but if anyone raises a gun at me I will kill them.

Try to team up, it seems to give you the largest possible chance of survival-one of them may be good at driving or something that can help.

I'd kill them, and then rob their dead body. Then, run like friggin heck.

I would only have around 4 or 5 members with me:

The Southern that do a couple stylish kills.
The Doctor or college graduate
The Scientist
The cute tomboyish chick
And the girly girl that holds down fortify house

No psychos allowed.
