Anyone under the age of 13 can no longer post in the 13+ forums, which includes Cafe Corner and Debate Forum. These users can still view these forums, they just can't post in them.

2 reasons for this:
1. We legally have to do this
2. It'll increase the post quality of those forums

Huh... I thought that something like this was already implemented. At least, it was implied in the forum descriptions.

Well, either way, this is a good thing to fix. Like you said, it'll hopefully increase the quality of the posts in these forums (though truthfully, I haven't seen 13 and under posts in there).

They'd have to create an entirely new account with a different age just to post in the forum. I highly doubt most kids are going to put that much effort into posting in that one forum. So while you're right about this not being foolproof, it's still a lot better than no enforcement at all.
