It depends - when I'm out, I like it when it's warm (it's just more cheerful), but if I'm going to be inside all day I like the rain best, I like watching it fall and I like the sound of it hitting the window.

I really like having a nice spring type weather.

So around 15 to 25 degrees would be nice. Having a slight cool breeze on top of that is my opinion of perfect weather.
