I think that Ghirahim was Creepy, (but he is also the coolest character ever IMO) for bosses
And the creepiest character would be Either Tingle, The Windmill Guy, or the Gear shop Person in Skyward Sword, Rupin.

Creepiest character would probably be the Happy Mask Salesman. There's something about that smile that just makes him... creepy. Or perhaps it's the Toilet Hand. Anything that asks you for toilet paper... even though all you see is the hand... is creepy.

Creepiest boss? Probably the tarantula puppet Ganon. That thing was just... ugh... -shivers-

The wall masters, (those hand things in the forest temple from ocarina of time) are one of the scariest Zelda enemy's in my opinion. I'll even skip ahead to the fire temple just to avoid having to face them. As for creepiness Tentalus from Skyward Sword is the first boss that comes to mind.

Why does everyone think the Happy Mask Salesman is creepy? He isn't that way in Majora's Mask at all, in my opinion.

I agree with you about Ghirahim though lol. He was disgustingly creepy. And if I couldn't choose him, ironically I'd choose Midna. Just because she wasn't evil, doesn't mean she wasn't creepy...

I guess since Midna was a character, I gotta choose a boss now... Hmm... No bosses were actually creepy, with the exception of every boss in Twilight Princess. Lol. That game felt like a horror movie, but it's probably cuz I always played it in the dark (true story).

I guess the creepiest enemy I can think of is either Dead Hand (sub-boss from Shadow Temple, boss from Under the Well) or that sand scorpion from Skyward Sword. I always shivered spraying the sand looking for it, then audibly sighed once I found it. Lol then it springs up and immediately attacks. Creepy in the "scary silence" sense of looking for it in the sand.

I actually think Bongo Bongo from OoT is actually quite scary. I remember as a kid i would refuse to fight him because i was to frightened to even look at the screen. My 2nd choice would probably be the happy mask salesman, his smile just always seemed to weird me out.

I think the Great Fairy from Ocarina of Time was an creepy
character cause she always did that laugh that would creep
me out when she always comes out of the fountain .Plus she
would always wink at Link when he was just a child and her
outfit was really skimpy and her boobs were pointy
