I'm asking if you like his music rather him personally. I myself like his music especially his older stuff. I like to remember him like he was in the 80's. I don't like all the controversy and what he supposedly done, and I don't agree with having kids other then yours in the same bed or having a wonder land in your back yard. Regardless of all that I do like his music. Please state if you like or dislike his music and not him personally. I am not bias, and will not care what you choose to say about his music. I personally love some of his music. I honestly don't understand why many people hate him, other than the dumb little 'stories' that go around about him, which I personally believe are actually fake, Nya~. He also composed the Sonic 3 soundtrack, so that's an even bigger reason for me to like his music, Nya~

Oh yeah, got to love his Thriller song. That song made his popularity sky rocket. I love that music video, the zombie dancing is really well done and creepy. I also like the song Billie Jean. MJ also showed the world that he could also do rock with Dirty Diana which was awesome to me.

Michael Jackson's one of the all time greats  as far as pop music goes. Off the Wall, Thriller, and Bad are all top quality stuff, and the rest of his music is pretty enjoyable to the ear as well. I didn't really mourn him when he died because I'm not exactly that attached to his music (Did mourn for Dio though), but yeah love his works.

The only artist in the pop genre I'd place above Jackson would be Prince, who seems to also catch a lot of slack for being a weirdo. Of course, the guys also a real life prickoid a-hole (from what Ive heard and read anyways) but like with Jackson I don't care about the personality, just as long as the guy makes great music, and Purple Rain is one of the greatest albums of all time so yeah. I really love his music. Now I don't like every single song he's ever recorded, but overall most of his music is pretty cool. It has a good beat and you can dance to it.
