I think the funniest actor of all time is Jim Carrey for sure. He is really good actor and the movies he is in are so hilarious. 

I think that Rowan Atkinson is also a funny actor. He is the one who acts as Mr. Bean, for example.

Well I don't watch many movies but the funniest actors for me are Devon Bostick, who played the role as Rodrick Heffley in Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Robin Williams. Devon Bostick is really hilarious in Diary of a Wimpy Kid saying he's the king of laziness.. Except when it comes from torturing Greg XD!! I haven't see much about Robin Williams but he voiced the Genie from Aladdin. He sure has a funny voice !! But he died in August 11, 2014 sadly !!
