I don't know about anyone else on this site, but I loved Cary Elwes in his old spoof movies.

The Princess Bride is one of the funniest parodies of a fairy tale I've seen.

Then there's Robin Hood Men in Tights. Sounds like a stupid movie just from the title, but it's really funny.

If you're looking for some good comedies, those are a good place to start.

I'm a mega monster fan of Eddie Murphy. He was hilarious as Sly in "Tower Heist"

For some reason he just knows how to make me laugh.

Another actor who I find quite amusing is Will Ferrell. He overacts sometimes to the point where it's quite funny . I quite enjoyed him in "Buddy The Elf".

I enjoyed Will Smith in "Fresh Prince Of Bell Air" although I don't watch his movies as much now.

When I think comedy actors, I instantly think Jim carrey and it's not just for one performance, all of his films are consistently good! He is also a very flexible actor who has played all sorts of characters There is nobody better

StevenLanders : I believe you are referring to Tyler PERRY. The name CAN make a difference. Jim Carrie is sorta funny; okay in my opinion. Eddie Murphie was sorta funny, a bit more than Jim Carrie. I haven't watched enough Tyler Perry to know for sure that he's the funniest, but he does seem pretty hilarious to me. I would say Martin Lawrence, Chris Bridges, and Tyrese Gibson are the funniest actors that I have seen.

Jim Carrey is the funniest actor for sure. I've seen one of his movies and I laughed so hard.

I really think Adam Sandler is hilarious in all the roles he plays, as for movies, I really liked Click, Billy madison, and well, all his movies to be honest :p.

I really love Paul Rudd, he has this dark sarcastic bit of humor that I've always liked in the characters he's played. Don't forget his deadpan, its amazing

John C. Reilly is possibly the person who makes me laugh the most in the movies lately. I just watched "Boogie Nights" and I thought he was absolutely great. You may know him as Will Ferrell's best friend in "Talladega Nights," which is also a very funny film. He also plays opposite Will Ferrell in "Step Brothers" which is another great comedy. It's worth checking out the TV series he starred in, "Check it Out! With Dr. Steve Brule" was on Adult Swim and hopefully there will be a third season. It's a spin off of "Tim and Eric's Awesome Show Great Job!" Tim and Eric are probably my favorite comedy actors but their only movie was "Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie" which I was honestly a bit disappointed with.

Paul Rudd was already mentioned but I'll bring him up again and say that he was great in "Wanderlust." The movie is really funny. It's directed by David Wain who also directed "Role Models" and "Wet Hot American Summer." Paul Rudd is in both of those movies as well and they are both worth checking out.

I like Adam Sandler and Jack Black. My favorite Jack Black movie was "School of rock" he was quite funny in it. I also liked Adam Sandler in "Grown ups"

The funniest actor I seen on t.v have to be the idiots from the three stooges.

I think Eddy Murphy is one of the funniest actors out there. Other funny actors would be Will Smith and Jack Black .
