The Kirby thing does look freaky. I tried searching the site it's from a little to find any other real life game character pics like that (don't ask why), but I came across nothing. There is a lot of content there, so maybe more exist and I've yet to run into them.

The picture you posted Cyro, actually reminds me of 2 things. The first being that monster in the below image, that chased Kirsty through the dark hallway in the first HellRaiser movie, except your creature doesn't have arms or the long stinger shaped torso. It also reminds me of the crab like body snatchers in the Alien movies..how ironic.
