Growing up I always liked German Sheppard's. We had one when I was a kid, and my uncle did as well. Really though, I love breeds of dogs. They can all be cute in their own way.

Over the past couple years though, I have really wanted to get an English Bulldog. I just haven't been able to justify spending 3 grand on a dog

I love the winter type dogs, they are usually the ones, that I feel are more smart as they are adapted to harsher conditions and learn quickly to survive. The other dogs can be really friendly, but just something in me prefers friendly, loving and smart, to really friendly and loving.

Dogs are my favorite pet overall.

Grammar nazis aside, my favorite pet is pit bull. I've had 2 pit-bulls as pets in my life-time which both I had until they died of old age.

I think their personality is awesome despite their bad rep (which is an incorrect rep for the most part).

I love dogs. They are my absolute favorite pet to have. I'm picky about what kind of dog, though. I like big fluffy dogs. So Golden Retrievers, Collies, St. Bernards, etc.

However, I also love Pit Bulls. They are one of the most misunderstood breeds of dog. When I don't live in an apartment with a no-dog policy I will have a Pit Bull and a Golden Retriever. My fiance wants a Doberman, so we'll probably have one of those too.

I love dogs more than cats just because they are not independent and selfish. My favorite breed would have to be Basset hounds or Begales, I love floppy eared dogs because they trip on their ears when they are puppies.

My favorite dog breeds would have to be, Rottweilers, Chow-Chow's, Miniature Pinscher, Chihuahua's and Schipperke's. Now as for cats, I don't really have a preference, probably because I haven't had too many growing up. I think all breeds of any kind of animal are beautiful. Just like people.

I have a thing for animals, so I pretty much think every animal is fascinating and beautiful in its own way. As for what animals are my favorite, or the ones I find the cutest...
