If you do not like vegetables that much (which I am guessing you don't because you lacked energy in the first place), it is going to be a struggle for you to make good use of your wish.

I wish the most perfectly delicious cookies could be made entirely out of vegetable matter and people that previously got fat after eating too much cookies would gradually get thin again after the switch is made to yummy veggie Oreos, etc. which taste exactly the same as the regular cookies.
