For me it's a large bottle of diet juice or ice water and a roll of ritz crackers. I used to use soda and chips but I'm trying to eat/drink healthier lately. Really if you notice you don't pay attention to what you are drinking and eating when playing it just goes down your mouth like it was being shoved down a tube lol! Though if I need an energy source I'll cut up some apples and have a bowl of sugar free caramel sauce for munchies.

I know most gamers use junk food and sodas or energy drinks to keep them going, but some good health food munchies is just as good. Also the ice water keeps you hydrated and if I want caffien I go for ice tea~ Though I am out of ice tea right now T.T!

I never go on a gaming spree anymore. But when I do play games I tend to drink water. Whenever I'm not drinking water, I'm drinking some kind of Lipton Tea or milk (or occasionally some kind of alcoholic beverage, but only when my brother bought some). And I'll eat maybe a small bag of chips or I'll have a fiber bar, but I usually don't have anything to eat.

For drinking I would prefer Mountain Dew or Creme Soda, but CHerry Coke works if neither is available. For eating, I like cheese popcorn. I can pour it in a cup and then just "drink" the popcorn. That way my hands don't get greasy.
