Well that's a relief! Finally, someone else besides YOU gets a chance to win this month! Had I known there was in fact a VCS this month, I would have been spreeing. I figured there wouldn't be since I haven't seen this thread....until now.

Well, I'm not sure if I will be actively participating this month like I did in December. My Teaching Phase I is taking a lot more of my time than I expected it to. But that just comes with the territory. It will probably be like Tour de Vizzed where I will just post casually, and maybe find a few days this month where I can put myself on a top spot. But overall, if I do well, it won't be because I'm trying to. I think YMK needs to redeem himself for letting a VCS newcomer beat him last time

Hey by the way, for new members, here's a FAQ on the VCS. But it doesn't really mention what you get for winning. What's the prize?

rcarter2 : Those are battling words! Are you challenging me?!

Lazlo Falconi : The VCS is held every month since sometime last year in November or December. However, if you do participate....if 20% or more of your posts are in the Crazy House, you will be disqualified for that day and won't receive points. Not just you, that goes for everyone participating. Just an FYI.

EDIT: There is no prize for the winner. It's for fun and bragging rights.

YourMajestyKen : Maybe they are. If so, what are you going to do about it? Actually, I won't be challenging anyone this month in VCS. I doubt I will get a good opportunity to get some good posting efforts in. Later in the month, if it turns out I am not doing to bad in the rankings, I might throw my hat in.  

Well, this is certainly one thing I probably won't compete in. You know, unless my posting instincts get the better of me.

Kinda glad to see that Crazy House abusers get disqualified. I never even look at the place, so that ups my chance of winning slightly.

To be fair, I'm pretty sure I'm done breaking the stratosphere with posting.

I've hit almost every goal I've had to this point, so I dont have much left to do.

No way, you have to break more stratosphere along the way!

Mark is on a huge roll today, so there's no way of catching up to him. But it's better to post a medium amount consistently rather than a bunch on one day (for this competition, at least).

Looks like Nitori is on a nice start, she is in some contention to become this month's VCS winner if she keeps this up. That is unless the VCS Legend YMK comes in Leggy is pretty much out of this one. Me? Nope, I don't really have the fire that I had in August, but we'll see where I go this month.
