I've actually never seen an ice cream truck coming down my street, which is odd, because there are actually plenty of children in this area, and I live in the ice-cream capital of the world, the American south-east. I work during the afternoon on week days, but then why don't I ever see any on the weekend? Maybe they only come during the week...

During the summer we used to have one. I have lots of childhood memories of it. But now I don't think we get any ice cream trucks out here. I live pretty far away from "town".... There might be one that bothers to come to the local park, though, since there is a pool and baseball pitch people flock there in the summer.

I live at the end of my street, so they wouldn't come my way, plus I live in a trailer park, so they don't come close to my house.
