-By default it now sorts by Post Exp
-It now displays a user's Post Experience and their average words per post
-Below a user's 'Last Activity' date, it shows how many days since last activity
-Below a user's 'Registration' date, it shows how many days since Registration
-Chat time is now formatted better ( HH:MM )

I think the term post exp should be changed so people don't confuse it with the actual exp for your level.

Just in case some might not notice, it might be worth mentioning that users can still sort the member list by post count if they click on the posts tab on the page. Like I said, I love the new system. There is less chance of abuse that way. It is a shame that it is too strenuous to sort by average word count per posts. Although, I did make a thread for people to post their average post exp. Hopefully, that can take off, and we can at least see where a lot of users are in that department since there is no way to sort them right now. This new system has already had an effect on my posting. I am more conscious of my word count. I try to make sure my posts contain at least the same words as my average
