1. I would say Mr. Mime because it's entertaining to watch.

2. Arceus because it has basically the highest stats than other Pokemon, and we'd need a strong army.

3. Lapras because they're big Water type creatures.

If it was something like a Broadway production, then maybe Kirlia, Gardevoir, or Gallade.

I'm trying to imagine playing TF2 with Pokemon. xD I'm not sure, maybe Machamp or something?

For an actor probably Drowzee because I remember seeing him dance in the music video "What Kind of Pokemon Are You" and he has some pretty fresh moves.
