I have been wondering if there has been anything going on about making a PS4.  I would like to see some more information about this from you all.  I personally think that this should not happen till 2 years have passed because it might be too soon to be making a PS4.  What do you think about it and give me some information if they are thinking about making it or not and the features for it.  Thank you.

A PS4 is unneeded, and I wouldn't buy one until it was much cheaper.

As it is, Sony systems have shown to last the longest of any of the 3 major companies.

I don't think a PS4 would be too popular right now.

Like I said on the Xbox 760 thread. It would be foolish for them to start developing something like that right now. Sony made the PS3 using the newest features available to electronic entertainment (such as HD and motion controls). They shouldn't even start developing a new system until a lot more new technology features are available to utilize.

Ps4.....really? I don't see the point of making ANOTHER PS console...at least for a couple of more years. What new features could possibly be added to the PS4 making it better than Ps3? Not much if anything. Ps3 has literally everything!

They won't make one for a while. Like rcarter said PS3 has the latest technology, they'll wait until a lot more is available.

They know that they have made the best system yet, and they're already making a PSPVita so I doubt we'll see another home console from them for a few years.

If a PS4 comes out before the Wii U reaches it's 2-year anniversary, I doubt it would sell very good. Especially if it's $600 dollars like PS3. PS4... really seems unnecessary right now. They should at least call it something other than PlayStation 4. PS3 just came out a cpuple years ago. Anyways, PS2 is still a current-gen console, they can't have 5 PlayStations out at once.
