Vizzed has been in the process of getting the RGR Plugin updated so that it has better game compatibility, less bugs, more features and more systems. While we did just get an update, it resulted into some bugs and didn't have any new features (except for fixed some save file problems fixed). We still need more money to get all the updates done that we need and since I have to pay someone to make these updates, it costs money. All donations will go toward tom760, the developer of the Plugin. tom760 : Hopefully you get enough donations to continue working on the RGR Plugin. I have an idea to have people want to donate more as currently Viz is really not worth all that much. What about a user badge type thing? Just to show that you have given a certain amount of cash to the site. Just a thought.  -------------------- |

In short, it would actually hurt the site to add disc based systems. The size of the files would be way to large given the number of people who play games in the rgr. The server would be constantly strained and would probably crash often. The cost to add them would be too expensive in terms of disc space and bandwidth. As for DS games, adding those would be an infringement on copyrights because they are still currently on the market.

Netplay probably wont be a feature in the next release unless we got a ton of donations because it'd be expensive. billythekidmonster : I plan to do something like that in the distant future. rcarter2 : Even $10 adds up. There's over 2,500 users who visit the site daily, if just 10% of those people donated $10, we'd have enough money for every single update we'd ever need.

Honestly, Davideo7, I would like to help the website but I can't donate for the moment, I'm still looking for a job, sometimes I want to fall into despair, I can't donate one dollar right now (or some euros because I'm French so with the converting thing, it's... oh well I suck with that kind of thing, I wasn't so good at mathematics at school ^^ ) but once everything is ok, I mean when I'll have the means and the job, believe me or not, I will help this website

Honestly, I can't even donate a buck right now, but I can try to do some odd jobs around the residence I'm currently living at to get maybe 10 bucks or 25 bucks to help out the site.

Cyro Xero : Yeah you've donated more than I could have expected, I wouldn't expect anything more. Well if I were to take a guess, I'd say Netplay alone would be around $1000 to have implemented, and that'd probably be for 2 systems, SNES and GBA (and maybe NES). legacyme3 : It's $10 or $25 lol. But yeah, that would be great.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.
Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music. This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees. If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
