I've seen the first one and Mortal Kombat Annihilation. Annihilation was better because it had a dozen more fighting scenes, and characters from the Mortal Kombat series, than the first movie. I enjoyed every minute of Annihilation....the music was bad @$$ and in my opinion, the best fight scenes were Robotic Smoke Vs Liu Kang, and Cyrax Vs Sonya Blade and Jax!!

I liked the original, it was very good, and if you watched the little animated prequel thing that goes through the beginning, that thing is awesome. However the sequel is cheesy and botches a bit of the canon. The fight scenes are pretty good though, but there's a lot of nonsensical things just randomly thrown into it.

I watched the first one. It was goofy, it had its cliches, and the acting was overdone, but I expected that from Mortal Kombat. It wouldn't be Mortal Kombat without those things. The movie had some awesome fight scenes and it was a lot of fun. I can't believe the same man who directed this great movie directed those awful Resident Evil movies.

I haven't seen the second one or any other ones that may have been made afterwards.
