I personally say that the guy should ask out the girl because I am a little old fashioned that was, and I do not turn 18 until December 2nd, so many people find that hard to believe. But, that is my opinion.

I do not think that there is any set way to do it. I was friends with a really long time and after a while we were sitting outside and she is like "How long are you going to wait?" "For what?" "To ask me out? OR do I have to do it!" I laughed and she asked me out. I really do not think that it matters though it typically is guy asking girl.

Typically, the male asks out the female. I've seen it happen both ways. I will say this though, I feel like it's best when both of them kinda just let it happen. I mean that no one really "asks" but they kinda just let things fall in their place and they kiss or something and a relationship begins. It doesn't need to involve words.
