Yes, this site is legal because the games are already owned by David and you are not getting an illegal copy of them. You are only able to play the games as long as you are connected to the site, which means you technically do not own them.

However, some game companies request that David remove the games anyways and he will comply with them. We don't intend any copyright infringement, we just want to supply people with a way to play any retro games they want.
