I've always wanted to go into space and visit other planets, such as Mars for example. For humanity it will happen no matter how long it takes us.

I have never wanted to go into space because I'm afraid of really high heights and I probably wouldn't be able to control myself very well at all with the lack of gravity.

i kno space is the final frontier, but to answer your question, no i have never had an hrge to venture into space, this is because i am cearful of the unknown, this is not much different from the basic nature of human beings. humans have alwaupys been afraid of the dark. this is for the reason that oeople fear what they cannlt see.

Maybe one of those Zero G plane rides but not space. I think it would be cool to be weightless, for a little while. However, going into space is basically the same thing only with a lot of math and science involved. I'm more of a writing space fiction guy than I am a living space non-fiction guy. However, I will admit that when I was a kid I saw space camp and wanted to go. I would also be totally cool with watching a documentary about space but actually going there is not an option for me.

I think it would be amazing if I could go to space and see stars and planets and other galaxies and stuff, but the small chance that something bad might happen is too much, in my opinion. Also, if I wanted to go to space, I would definitely need a lot of special training. Maybe one day if space tourism becomes popular, I'll go.

I want to go into space! It sounds amazing, and it's always interested me. But I don't think I can do it, seeing what astronauts have to go through to be able to get there...Plus, now that NASA is a literal waste of time and space (Pun intended) now that they are not doing manned missions, I have to move to Russia if I want to go to space...

A user of this : Or apply to the Mars One program, and live on mars for the rest of your life. Though applications may be closed already, not sure.

You'd spend six months in space with 4 people getting there, and then have to build a colony on mars as 4 other people arrive every two years after that.

It sounds majestic and all, I really do love astronomy and studying the solar system, but my palms get sweaty enough waiting to get on an airplane. I can't even imagine nervous breakdown I would have, being blasted out of the Earth's atmosphere on the end of a rocket. I'll stick to watching documentaries...

Yep! I have always wanted to go into space! Everything about it excites me even the thought of alien life that humans have not discovered yet! I know they say that they have checked every spot but you never know! It does scare me a bit though that you have to wear the helmet to have air and if you lost it up there you would be Bye Bye. Oh well!

Health wise, it couldn't be a worse idea, seeing all of the changes in humans that it has negatively.

Scientifically and in terms of curiosity, of course I would. Zero gravity and all of the ways of living you'd have to do there, it would be really fun and an amazing experience.

I have most certainly never wanted to go into outer space (except for when I was a little child)! There is no oxygen there, and even if I was an astronaut, it would be so very risky. So, no. I never want to go into outer space.

I would go to space at a moment's notice. To see Earth the same way that we see the moon would be an experience. It would definitely put in perspective how small and insignificant we are compared to the entire universe.
I would love to see how zero-gravity feels and face the challenges of living in a zero-gravity environment.

I have when I was younger but when you think about what the astronauts have to go through for training and even being in space it is not as fun as it sounds.
Hopefully Virgin Media get the space holiday rockets / plains working so going to space could be a reality with little danger.

I remember I was just in the 2nd grade.. I loves Space and Science. I thought nothing could stop me. But I had to be older than eight.. xD I got a 100 on the test, and I wanted to explore the universe and make money. But what if I get lost? What if I die? What if.... Then many things popped up in my head. Bad things to be exact.

Well almost every kid when they were younger wanted to be an astronaut so I did use to want to go into space. Then once I got older I thought about how hard life would be and I would have to take notes of everything.
