I would have to say that Mario would have to be my favorite video game character. My favorite video game is Mario Kart Seven for the 3DS. Kirby would have to be one of my favorite characters. Although, Kirby video games have a decent amount of content, but not as much as Mario video games own.

Depends how you look at it. More influential and recognized is Mario for sure. But Kirby I think is cooler as a character. He can inhale enemies and copy their powers and fly. and then you compare that to mario who can jump (:o oh my god thats insane)

I actually love both... but for this, I will vote "Mario" because there is a -lot- more to do within Mario's games... more puzzles to solve, more stars to find. Both games are enjoyable... but Kirby is more for relaxing. Mario is for a real challenge.
