I've only own 2, I beat it. Wonderful game. I just bought Snake Eater online and so I'll be getting that in the mail soon. So I guess this doesn't really answer the post..oh well. Galacta : Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 3 and Metal Gear Solid 4 in that order though Metal gear solid 2 was ok I just didn't like it as much as the others because I felt it was two short compared to the other games but I did like the dog tags implementation

1. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, I like the idea  being in the jungle alone in the enemy territory and you have to survive by eating what ever you can find and that CURE thing is pretty cool idea too, makes the game more realistic.

2. Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty:, this was my first MGS that I had on PlayStation and it was love on the first sight. I just hoped you can play more using Snake, but Raiden is also pretty cool so it was not so disappointing in the end.

3. Metal Gear Solid 1: First time I played this was some demo disc where you could play that beginning part and it looked very interesting game, and when I got PlayStation 3 I saw this game on PS Store and without hesitation I bought it.... Now it is one of my favorite PS1 games there is...

My top 3 would be MGS3, MGS4,  & MGS1. Like Cactuar, I first played MGS1 on a demo disc that was in PSM & I enjoyed the stealth aspect of the series. I really enjoyed the camo addition in MGS3 but was slightly disappointed when it became more of an auto-camo thing in MGS4 although some of the patterns you could give snake in MGS4 were pretty funny to see in cut-scenes. I also enjoy the addition of photo-camo in the 3DS port of MGS3. I took pictures of the boldest colors I could find & ended up getting a better camo index than the ones the game gives you.
