I joined the cross country team this year.
we mostly run at lunch times since lunch is an hour
for some reason our meets are on sundays which is kinda stupid
but who cares I only go for fun anyway.

Well I am glad to hear that you are having fun. Our cross country practices are like Nazi death marches through the fires of hell. Really it is no fun at all and your body aches after running 7 or 8 miles through the heat. But I guess that is just my team!

I miss my high school cross country team. I have been out of high school for over 5 years now, but I still keep up with my running. I am nowhere near as fast as I used to be. I used to be able to do 3.1 miles in the 18 minute area, but now I average 20 minutes. It makes a difference when you aren't doing it competitively. Congrats on joining and hope you have fun.
