For some reason, I usually get headaches after school ends and it gets really annoying.  Is there a reason why I keep getting headaches mostly every school day? It could be the riding from the bus, but I am not so sure.

This is probably fatigue. This is just because it is a long and hard day and you are finally done with it. Though the day did a number on you body while you were in it. I do not know what to do except maybe tell your parents.

Pinch between your index finger and your thumb really hard. It will concentrate your brain to focus on the pain and the headache should shorta go away... or you could just pop a pill like asprin. You're probably getting it from the other kids being noisy on the bus.

I never rode the bus, but I usually got headaches during the last hour of school or so, too. =/ It probably IS just fatigue. That always gives me a headache after awhile. When I got home, I'd take an Advil or Tylenol and it'd go away after awhile.

Ok seriously could be a number of things. Firstly think of the basics do you do anything like clench your teeth or strain muscles in your face in any way? Hydration is also a factor. If you hold your head in the same position too long, or many times in the day that also effects headaches. There is a possibility that you inherited migraines from someone in your family. Do you have allergies? That could also have a little to do with it. There are many other causes and some may be serious. If the headaches get too painful go and see a doctor could be a tumor or something. And that's all this stoner has for the night     Peace

Thankfully, I don't get many headaches, but when I do it's painful.

What I do is take 2 Tylenol or Excedrin pills with a glass of water. Soak a rag with water (preferably cold) lay down in a dark quiet room, and lay the rag across your forehead. Try to fall asleep...and when I wake up, it's gone!

   Possibly a fragrance from a fellow student on the bus offends your senses? Fatigue could be another cause or even dehydration? That was what caused me to give serve headaches. I would hardly drink any liquids back then now that I drink about 80 oz+ of water a day I haven't  had those serve headaches anymore. I don't know where you exactly live.

    Possibly allergens in the air near your school?  When I did get them. All I would do is take some pain medication (I.E Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Excedrin) with some water find a calming area and just relax. I hate over thinking things when I have a headache because I tend to feel the pain more often. Depending on how strong the medication is. You should start to feel relief from the headache within 30 minute to 1 hour.

korbei : It was due to fatigue.  I do drink a lot of water in between classes.  I just seem to not have a lot of sleep or that I am working way too hard.  I still get them some of the time and it is really annoying.  FYI, I live in Tennessee.  I do not know how I will get headaches from where I live.

Marcmoney : What are the weather conditions in Tennessee when the headaches occur? Was it year round or  focused on certain seasons. It isn't about where you live per say, but pollen from plants/trees/flowers/etc can give you allergic reactions which lead to sinus problems, headaches, etc.
